We can provide training, flexible two and four day modules, that include both theory and practice. Process Consultancy is based on the work of Edgar Schein, who identified that traditional consultancy models were of a doctor-patient or expert-client nature and developed a more collaborative process that enables organisations and people within them to own their own problems and find solutions to complex double-loop learning issues.
