About Us

Our company includes individuals with extensive experience in the field, including in care work, at Board level in the NHS, and in the private sector. We have experience in client groups such as older people, mental health, learning disabilities and substance misuse. Particular areas of expertise include organisational development and change management, process consultancy, behavioural assessment and modification, management of violence and aggression and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Training experience includes work at undergraduate and post graduate levels, including with the Institute of Gerontology, the Institute of Psychiatry, the Institute of Applied Behavioural Analysis, General Services Association and Kings College London.

We are particularly focused at the present time on the development and delivery of Mental Health First Aid, an initiative that is being run under the auspices of CSIP (NIMHE), and our company includes a member of the National Training Team. Further information on MHFA is available at www.mhfaengland.org.uk We have been commissioned to provide training to health care staff in prisons in the south west during 2009 as part of the Integrated Drug Treatment Service programme.
